Loud & Sandy was an a travel magazine I created. Each month it would highlight a different beach travel destination. This month's edition featured the Outer Banks, North Carolina. This magazine is meant to be fun, and beachy which is why I went with the yellow, blue and white color palette. The name is meant to intrigue beach lovers, explorers and adventurers while being exotic and unique but straight to the point at the same time. The typeface and use of the ampersand in the circle in the logo emphasize the free-flowing, relaxed, fun attitude of the magazine. I took all the images in the magazine myself as well as wrote the article myself.
